I have noticed in discuss today that the add bounty button is shown for guest users (for example here https://discuss.flarum.org/d/31426-mentioning-tags-within-posts) and apparently lets you proceed with the payment, is this intentional?
I think I already tackled this before, but Yes this needs fixing. Thanks for pointing it out.
